Personal Information Sales Opt-Out and Opt-In Rights for Individuals Sixteen (16) Years of Age or Older

If you are 16 years of age or older, you have the right to direct us to not sell your personal information at any time (the "right to opt-out"). We do not sell the personal information of consumers at this time. Consumers who opt-in to personal information sales may opt-out of future sales at any time.

To exercise the right to opt-out, you (or your authorized representative) may submit a request to us by emailing us at support@televeda.com with the title "Do Not Sell My Personal Information".

Once you make an opt-out request, we will wait at least twelve (12) months before asking you to reauthorize personal information sales. However, you may change your mind and opt back in to personal information sales at any time by emailing such request to support@televeda.com.

We may not provide these deletion rights for B2B personal information except as required by applicable law.

We post changes we make to our Privacy Notice on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the Website home page. The date the Privacy Notice was last revised is identified at the top of the page. We ask that children aged eighteen (18) years or under do not contact us without adult supervision. If we receive contact from a child we believe to be unsupervised then we will not respond and will immediately delete all records of the contact, except when we believe we need to inform relevant authorities of the contact.

Right to Know and Data Portability

We will delete or deidentify personal information not subject to one of these exceptions from our records and will direct our service providers, contractors, and any other entities with whom such information has been shared to take similar action.

Right to Opt out of Certain Automated Decision-making and Profiling.

Our Sites make use of certain automated decision-making algorithms which help to optimize how we provide our services to you by curating your user experience. Right to Correct

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request to know or delete related to your personal information. To designate an authorized agent, please provide a letter, signed by you and your authorized agent designating your authorized agent.

You may only submit a request to know twice within a 12-month period. Your request to know or delete must:

  1. Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative, and we reserve the right to request verification requirements.
  2. Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.

You do not need to create an account with us to submit a request to know or delete. However, we do consider requests made through your password protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to personal information associated with that specific account.

We will only use personal information provided in the request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make it.

Response Timing and Format

We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days. If you do not receive confirmation within the 10-day timeframe, please contact as at support@televeda.com or Televeda, 1 N 1st Street, Suite 603, Phoenix AZ 85004.
We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request without undue delay and in any case within thirty (30) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to another 30 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, in the same format as the request you sent to us.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

Personal Information Sales Opt-Out and Opt-In Rights

If you are age 16 or older, you have the right to direct us to not sell or share your personal information at any time (the "right to opt-out"). We do not sell consumer personal information at this time, and we do not collect information from individuals we actually know are less than 16 years old.
