Experience a guided session of calming singing bowls, centering and relaxing meditation that will flow into aseated light movement routine suitablefor all levels.
Yoga has been a part of her life for many years. It started as a form of exercise and she blossomed into a full practitioner when she found her teachers at Zen Wellness. The last 11 years, she has practiced, studied, and trained while continuing to be a student at Zen Wellness. She is deeply grateful for the wisdom and friendship of my teachers and fellow students. Her practice has helped her grow stronger in mind, body and spirit. Yoga inspires her to take what she learns on the mat and share it with those she teaches.
At Zen Wellness, Sharon completed Zen Yoga 200 & 300 hour training to include vinyasa flow, beginner, restorative, yin and chair yoga. She is also certified as a 200 hour Medical Qigong Instructor, and a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tai Chi.
Sharon enjoys taking students through movements that challenge, inspire, and put a smile on their face by the end of class.
