This Strength Building online class for older adults is designed to help you become stronger and improve balance in a safeway.
In this session, we will do movements that will help improve muscle flexibility, keep our bones strong, and promote mobility. Exercises will focus on improving strength and power around the ankle, knee, and hip joints.
