Fight Senior Isolation
The pandemic was hard for everyone, especially our elders. But we also witnessed communities growing stronger and bolder (not just older). What better way to bring everyone together than with a World Record bingo game?
Our mission is to take back what belongs to each one of us: the ability not only to stay connected but thrive together while living our best lives ever.

Myth 1: Losing friends is just a part of aging...
Myth 2: Older adults can’t use technology...
Myth 3: Social isolation isn't a big deal...social isolation is linked to premature death at the same level of smoking, obesity, and lack of physical activity. Let's fight it.

How to Play the Virtual Bingo Game
Sign up as an individual or a venue below.
After you've signed up, you'll get an email with instructions on how to register on the Televeda platform.
From 10 am - 11 am PST, we'll be saying hi to venues from across the country, reviewing the rules of the game, and hearing from our sponsors.
At 11 am PST/2 pm EST, the bingo game begins! We are playing one game until we reach full house, and estimate it will take about 30 minutes.
After we get our winner, make sure to stay on to enjoy post-bingo performances and fun! The event will officially end at 12 pm PST, 3 pm EST.

Yes! This is the beauty of a hybrid event: individuals can join from personal internet devices from the safety of their homes. This way, we can still all come together to set a world record, and have some fun, no matter the social distance! Just make sure you are registered on the Televeda platform so you can easily join the day of! You can register right now through this link.
We will continue to update and designate venues as "online only" if they are transitioning to a fully virtual event.
Here's the "run of show" for the event the day of:
10 am - 10:45 am PST: Venues and individuals will say hi from across the country.
10:45-11:00: We'll review the rules of the game, and what it will take to set the world record!
11:00-11:30: The bingo game starts at 11 am PST, 2 pm EST, so make sure you're on for then!
11:30-12:00 pm PST: Enjoy our post-show performances.
Anyone can join, whether you're in your home or joining your local community center! If you have never used Televeda, you can get registered through this link here.
Once completed, you'll go right to our lobby, where you can set a calendar reminder for the World Bingo Event (highly recommended!) at the top of the page. Also make sure to check out all our free upcoming classes to join even before bingo!
Then, join the virtual bingo game on Friday, October 22nd. Festivities start at 10 am PST, and the official game begins right at 11 am, so don't be late!
Your community can sign up to be considered as a host venue at this link here. Plus, we're excited to announce that our transportation sponsor Envoy America has offered free rides for seniors to-and-fro their homes to the official venues/ community centers. Additional sponsors are donating prizes and goody bags.
Once you register you will receive a logistics checklist, marketing materials and scheduled technical checks for your center. We'll be in lots of touch to make sure you're ready for the event.
Then, on Friday, October 22nd, join the virtual bingo game! Festivities start at 10 am PST, and the official game begins right at 11 am.

For individuals: If you are playing online, you need an internet connected device like a desktop or smartphone.
For venues: Internet access, laptop computer, HDMI cable and a TV/Projector screen to stream the event. We are offering complementary tech checks for all and volunteers to select centers.
The event is open to members of all age-groups.
We are a private invite-only platform serving vulnerable groups and require verification during the registration process. None of the registration information will be used for marketing or shared with sponsors. Venues can disable access after the event.
We will be tracking attendance information for the purposes of this event.
